Eye cream

‘Eye’ scream, you scream, we all scream for eye cream! As per request of my husband, today’s blog will feature my favorite genre of beauty products: eye cream. Why am I so crazy about eye cream?

1-I have deep set Italian eyes that are prone to fine lines/wrinkles
2-Dark Circles-they’re there if I’ve slept 2 hours or 12
3-I am oddly prone to dryness around my eye area
4-Allergies all year round=puff
5-I wear eye makeup, and I am convinced that concealer (to fight the dark circles) makes its way into my little fine lines and forces them to expand, the way potholes grow in the winter when water freezes them.

Okay, so I am a little dramatic about my eye concerns, but it’s my area of concern and I’ll whine if I want to!

My go-to eye cream is Zelens Intensive Triple Action Eye Cream. This eye cream has a gel consistency, so it feels like a primer on your eye area. Makeup goes on so super smooth on top of this eye cream. It’s the perfect fatigue fighting eye cream to apply in the morning; the caffeine is like a cup of coffee for your face!

What I will say about my beloved Zelens is that it’s not the most hydrating eye cream, so I switch to something a little bit more creamy night. Kate Somerville knows how to make an eye cream. Lifting, firming, brightening, oh my! This wonder cream Kate, if you’re out there, I LOVE YOU! Since I started using the line release under eye repair I haven’t heard the words I hate more than any others: you look tired.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
