A couple of days ago, we introduced you to our new soapy suds—and now, it’s time for the next big ‘splash’. Listen up, fabulous foaming face wash fans: your ‘washes’ have come true with fabulous foaming body wash, a new ‘just for body’ version of your favorite cleanser!

In case you’re not already a ‘dew’-votee of our famous fabulous foaming face wash, let me give you a refresher: it’s a 2-in-1 cleansing and exfoliating face wash for all skin types that forms a fresh, fruity foam. It’s got quite a fervent following, especially since it’s one of the Bliss sinkside amenities offered to lucky w hotel guests.

Given its popularity, it was only natural that its fans would start begging us to come out with a body wash version. And because our customers are so fabulous themselves, we listened—and we’re proud to introduce new fabulous foaming body wash!

This ‘below-the-neck’ formula lets you cleanse and exfoliate in one step, just like the face wash. It’s paraben free, and it’s got a fresh, clean, unisex scent (ladies, expect your man to mooch some).

One more note: although it may look, feel and smell just like the face wash, it’s been specifically formulated for the area from shoulder to shin. So don’t think you can cheat and just start slathering the face formula all over your elbows (although we don’t doubt it’s been attempted at some point).

Tell me: who doesn’t appreciate the simple, sudsy pleasure of a good body wash? It makes showering so much less mundane—who cares that it ends up going down the drain?

Call me superficial, but the first thing I think of when I look at this picture is “Oh, honey, we have GOT to do something with those eyebrows!” I know that waxing hadn’t quite gained popularity in the 1860’s, but if it had, Abe should have marched himself over to 49th street for a brow waxing faster than you can say “I am the 16th president of the USA” five times fast!

We’ve had the fabulous troupe of estheticians who will be working at the Hoboken spa (which will open *very* soon) in our headquarters perfecting their skills with our poetic wax, so I volunteered myself for an eyebrow wax. My wax was ouch-free as usual. Have you ever been waxed at Bliss? We use a low-heat, stripless wax that is as painless as possible. The best part is that the wax can be used on hair as short as 1mm, which means you don’t have to grow it out in order to get waxed. I am excitedly awaiting a mini-vacation to Las Vegas next week and will only be going for 3 nights, which does not merit checking a bag in my opinion. I have friends who pack a suitcase for an overnight visit, but that’s not my style. Only necessities come with me and my motto is: If I forgot it, then it wasn’t important enough to remember, in which case I don’t need it.

….unless what I forgot is a toothbrush, in which a field trip to the local pharmacy or a call to the front desk is made. Nothing says vacation like dragon breath, right? Wrong!
